1. Shipping and Delivery Options

We Do Not Offer Express Shipping at the Moment, but are working with Suppliers, and Distributers in order to cut production time to offer faster shipping. However, most orders are received, processed and shipped with 48 hours of purchase.

2. Processing Time

Orders are received and shipped typically with 48 hours. However, some orders placed on weekends are subject to longer shipping times.

3. Cancellations 

After an Order is Submitted, Processing Begins and the Order CANNOT be canceled. Any questions about Canceling your order please contact us.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted for 30 days from original purchase date. Items Must Be in Original Condition, Unused, and all Tags must remain in place.

5. Delayed Orders

In the event of delayed processing, Customer's will have to option to cancel any pending orders. Shipping Provider delays doe's not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier provided with your tracking information.

6. Damaged Orders

DuGamii is not liable for lost, or damaged products after it is placed in the hands of our shipping carriers. We ensure all of our products meet production requirement before packaging, and shipping. If your product arrived damage, please contact us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with your shipping provider.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes
